A Valentine’s Day Girl’s Night

I make no secret of the fact that I love putting a non-romantic spin on Valentine’s Day. Remember how in elementary school Valentine’s Day was all about passing out little notes and candy to your friends? Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about. After sharing my take on a girlfriend-friendly Valentine’s Day with pretty DIY mini bouquets last week, today I’m construction paper heart happy to share this Valentine’s Day girl’s night from our awesome friends AndreaSamantha and Jade and Matthew. (With the amazing talents of Dollface by Jules and Lavender & Honey Designs thrown in the mix, too!) We’re talking cocktails, nail art, and an amazing menu of sweet treats that will have you scampering off to the kitchen to grab your whisk in a heartbeat.

Ahh! What a cute idea! I throw a couple of tea's for my girlfriends throughout the year, I see a Valentine's brunch/tea in my future!! Thanks for the inspiration!

I LOVE this idea so much and, even though I'm married, I prefer to look at Valentine's Day as a general day of love--including love for girl friends!!

Hello!! Awh.... Yay!! Well I helped in photographing this lovely event but I also got to enjoy it!! And let me say there is no fun in comparison to laughing with your girl friends!! Especially when you are doing your nails, getting your make-up done (by the lovely Emily at Dollface by Jules), eating yummy treats, and a whole heck of a lot of laughter!! I was still giggling even after the party!! So go get your Galentine's Day on!! xo
