As far as I’ve been able to discern in my 30 years on this earth, ice cream still reigns supreme as the world’s singular greatest invention. Yes, even over sliced bread and the internet. I used to dabble some here and there with making my own, which is something I really want to experiment with again. This likely explains the inordinate number of homemade ice cream recipes I’ve been pinning like a ice cream loving mad woman as of late. Here are just a handful of the recipes I’m eyeing – blueberry muffin, cinnamon dolce, toasted coconut – holy schnikes! Oh yes! I love ice cream so much. Delicious and pretty, what could be better? I might have to get a cone after work today. There is a shop in Seattle that sells honey lavender ice cream. I crave it all the time!
