Party Shopping: Ice Cream Social

On my dream cross-country road trip (which I hope happens sooner rather than later), one of my must-visit destinations is Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams in Columbus, Ohio. From the perfect packaging to the drool-worthy flavor combinations and the finest ingredients going, I feel like Jeni’s is popping up everywhere these days and with good reason! Of course, we all already know that ice cream is my favorite food ever (followed closely by lobster) so hitting up Jeni’s as I cruise west is absolutely a requirement. Today I’m feeling inspired to throw a little ice cream social with Jen’s pretty ice cream concoctions in mind. I think I may just need to pick a copy of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams at Home and get this party started! Anyone care to join me?

Love this round-up, especially since I live in Columbus! Jeni’s really is the best. It reminds me I need to stop by soon. :)

Ahhh! Jess, thanks for chiming in! Now I really have to go ;-)

Oh wow that ice cream looks so yummy! I’ve been wanting to throw an ice cream social all summer. I just designed a printable invitations for an ice cream social on my blog. They are free to use if any one is inspired to get some friends together for some ice cream! http://www.apairofpears.com/2012/06/for-taking-printable-ice-cream-social.html

So we just bought an ice cream maker and now I’m doubting my ice cream skills! I should just buy Jeni’s…

Nah, just go for it, Lexy! It’s ice cream, after all, you really can’t go wrong! ;-)

This is a great round up! I got married in February and had icecream as my dessert so this would have been perfect if it would have posted 4 months earlier. Haha! If you have a sec, I’d love to hear your thoughts on my latest posts.
