I am in full-on summer vacation mode over here this week. All I want to do is laze by the water, read a good book, take impromptu road trips and spend my evenings by a bonfire. I am loving this beach bonfire spread from What Katie Ate today. It’s the perfect inspiration for a quiet little party of two or a few. I love the idea of packing simple foods to grill over an open fire and a stash of great cheese and crusty bread for nibbling. Grab a bottle of wine and a cozy blanket and you’re ready to go!
