For those of you out there who, like me, are a product of the 80s, the thought of long white evening gloves might bring to mind images of shiny synthetic fabrics and tacky dresses to match. Today I am here to challenge that association and even go so far as to nominate lady-like gloves as the accessory of the year in 2010. This stunning bride is a portrait of sophistication and grace, two qualities that never go out of style. From the her hair to her dress to her classic white bouquet, she is all class, but the show-stopping white gloves are what put me over the edge. Winter brides take note – gloves are making a comeback this year and I’m here to champion the cause.
