A Picnic Birthday Party
I can’t think of a better way to start the week than with Tova’s third birthday party. See, Tova’s mom is the incredibly talented and oh so lovely Kallie Brynn and this is the third year in a row I’ve had the awesome pleasure of showing off Tova’s birthday celebration. (Be sure to check out her owl-themed first birthday and her glittery second birthday, too!) This year Kallie planned a super sweet picnic party in honor of Tova turning three. …

A Superhero Birthday Party
All the way from Spain, today’s birthday party is the superhero-themed follow-up to Nicolas’s cowboy birthday party from last year. Nicolas’s mom, Maria, has a serious talent for planning kids parties, which she showcases through her venture Pistacho Fiestas. I love all the cool details she incorporated here from the great little cake to the superhero masks and capes for each little guest. See more of Nicolas’s party on Maria’s blog, here and here. Thanks so much for sharing, Maria!

A Handmade Confetti First Birthday
I was so excited to have Jenni Bailey share the perfect little party she planned for her daughter Brynn Luna’s first birthday. For the invitations, Jenni stuffed small muslin bags with confetti cut from sheets of crepe paper (ordered from D. Blumchen) and she hung ruffled streamers over a pretty ombre painting she painted herself. She baked the cake and whipped up a batch of her family’s favorite vanilla bean ice cream, served with Brynn’s favorite treat, Nilla …

A Cupcake Birthday Party
I always love getting to feature a brilliantly fun birthday celebration, but when the fabulous Juli of The Garter Girl and United With Love sent over her daughter Amory’s fourth birthday party I literally clapped. First of all, Juli is one of the loveliest women I have ever met. Period. And secondly, she makes insanely beautiful babies. And finally, a whole party revolving around decorating cupcakes? Pure magic. Juli worked with Stephanie of Couture Parties to plan a party that …

Clara is One
I am so excited to share this birthday party with you today. It’s the first birthday of my “niece” Clara, whose momma is none other than my sweet friend Carolynn of Two Brunettes. Carolynn incorporated Clara’s love for Mickey and Minnie, her own love for the neon trend that is kicking around, and some of her awesome illustrations that have become the hallmark of Two Brunettes. The party was captured by two of our other awesome friends, the lovely Alice …

A Shabby Chic First Birthday Party
I was so excited to have the lovely Jenny Haas share her niece Ada’s first birthday party. Jenny’s sister pulled together all of the pretty shabby chic details, from the vintage-inspired fabric hoops along the wall to the beautiful cluster of mini cakes. I love the simple white roses tucked in old milk bottles and the strings of white lights criss crossing the room. Everything about this party is so pretty and feminine, it’s the perfect way to say happy …

A Vintage Cool Little Rascals Birthday Party
I love this super sweet birthday party shared by the talented ladies of the newly launched Three Cheers Creative. They played off a vintage-inspired Little Rascals theme with pickle jars wrapped in kraft paper, a box car race on a kraft paper racetrack, cute little bow ties, gingham napkins and old school games and whoopee cushions. I love every last detail from the polka dot straws to the gumball machine to the dip-dyed flatware.

Thunder-and-Lighting-and-Thor Party
I always get a lot of questions about unique and fun birthday party ideas. This super cool thunder-and-lightning-and-thor birthday party definitely fits that bill! With totally rad paper goods and favors designed by the lovely Erin Jang of The Indigo Bunting for her nephew’s fifth birthday, this party is anything but run of the mill while keeping the fun completely age appropriate. Temporary tattoos? Heck, this is a party I’d like to go to! Catch all of the party action …

A Pink Train Birthday Party
I love all the pretty, girly details of little Sophie’s third birthday party. Add in the unexpectedly updated train theme (glittery pink trains? yes, please!) and this party is just too sweet. Each little girl took home a personalized canvas bag with a train motif on the front and a wooden train whistle tucked inside. Loads of streamers, ribbons and fabric bunting made the whole space feel incredibly festive, while pretty little extras like custom water bottle wrappers brought all …

A Dreamcatcher Birthday Party
I love this fun, crafty birthday party that Joslyn of Simple Lovely planned for her daughter Audrey’s 8th birthday. With festive decor in pretty jewel tones, yummy treats and a group of giggling girls crafting up their very own dreamcatchers, this is my kind of party! A fun birthday teepee for hiding out and sharing secrets? Bonus! Get all the details at Simple Lovely.
