It’s confession time, friends. While my obsession with sweets is well documented around these parts, I’ve suffered a lifelong aversion to marshmallows. I just can’t get on board with marshmallows despite several attempts. There is one notable exception, however. Marshmallows toasted over an open fire while camping? Now those I can do. It’s that time of year again when all I can think about are delicious pumpkin treats. From pumpkin cookies to pumpkin spice coffee, I just can’t get enough pumpkin in my life.
