Friendsgiving with Baileys: Appetizers + Dinner

Just in time to kick off the holiday weekend, I’m back to share the first part of the menu from my Baileys Friendsgiving event. When dreaming up the perfect Friendsgiving party, it was really all about great food and a festive but low-key vibe. The menu features easily prepared meals and desserts that can be prepped in advance and served up easily so getting dinner on the table doesn’t feel like a chore and, more importantly, doesn’t keep you from enjoying time with your guests. I wanted to create a cozy atmosphere with comfort foods that have been updated with a sophisticated edge. Friendsgiving should be all about the people and sharing time and holiday cheer together. For me that was the star of the party.

Download the complete menu guide and recipes below and check back tomorrow for the perfect fuss-free desserts and cocktails.

The Appetizers –

  • Curried lamb meatballs with Baileys
  • Spinach balls (vegetarian)

The Main Course –

  • Roasted rosemary pork loin
  • Roasted red potatoes with garlic and parsley
  • Corn chowder with leeks
  • Crusty Italian bread
