I know with everyone on diets and all that it’s probably sacrilegious to talk about brownies in January. I know, I know. I’m trying to stick to a new year’s resolution, too. With that said, I’d jump swiftly and gleefully off the bandwagon for these double chocolate pecan brownies. After the bustle of the holidays, I like simple recipes for easy entertaining come the start of the new year and brownies are just that. Plus, brownies make people happy so why not spread a few smiles?
