I love a good letterpress story so I was delighted to have Julie Karatzis of Cartoules Letterpress share these pretty letterpress wedding invitations. Based in Long Beach, California, Cartoules (Greek for “little cards”) was born in 2008 when Julie designed and printed her own bilingual Greek/English invitations for her wedding in Greece. As a longtime paper fanatic, Julie fell in love with printing and is now designing and printing everything from wedding invitations to greeting cards to business collateral on her Golding & Co. Pearl. These invitations are printed on Crane Lettra cotton paper in pale gray and royal blue inks and I love the simple, sophisticated design.
