Holiday Fashion with Perfect Bound – The Office Party

With the holidays swiftly approaching, I called on my lovely friend Anne-Marie of Perfect Bound to inspire us all with her stylish fashion sensibility with a few looks for the upcoming festivities. Today I’m happy to share the first of her looks, perfect for the office holiday party. I, for one, love this look and am definitely feeling inspired to pull together something sassy for our office party tomorrow evening. Thanks, Anne-Marie!

From Anne-Marie…

When Cyd asked me to put together three holiday looks for The Sweetest Occasion, I was immediately inspired. Between the non-stop cooking and the crowded Christmas shopping, fashion can make or break your mood. I’ve noticed lately that people are dressing down for the holidays, perhaps because of the down economy. Nonsense. You deserve to look your best all year long. The looks I’ve put together here are grounded in reality but include a few outrageous items that are meant to make you shine. Enjoy and may everyone have The Sweetest Occasion ever this holiday season!

I put this Holiday Office Party look together with a few of my previous office parties in mind. Things may or may not get out of hand when the boss spikes the water cooler but as far as your outfit goes, it should remain under control. I’d pair jet black tights with this look and lose the fur when the party travels off site after quitting time. You may not be able to tell but the fabric here is constructed out of smooth ivory and gold brocade. Gold or rose gold accessories are a must. The earrings pictured here are on the pricey side so if someone dares to ask where you got them or how much they cost (a huge pet peeve of mine!) just smile and say you have a secret Santa with a very big heart.
