Thank Goodness It’s Moving Day!

Today is the day! Our move officially begins this evening when I scoot out of work early to meet our landlord for the exchange of keys and garage door openers. I’m willing to bet I will be even more slack-offish and inattentive with regards to keeping up with my beloved blog friends over the next 48 hours, but soon life will be restored to normal. No more 2.5 hours of commuting every day. No more getting home drop dead tired at 7:30 just to barely have time to see M before we have to hit the sack to be up before dawn. But listen, rumor has it that come summer our new backyard looks something like this…


Complete with sand-bottomed lake and 90′ dock and I’m more than willing to have you all over for a glass of wine at some point this summer if you end up my direction. Just don’t come all at once, ok? I’m not sure how that would go over with the neighbors. At any rate, Happy Friday!

    Oof—moving is one of my least favourite things to do, but talk about having some great incentive! how amazing is it going to be when you can make swimming part of your workout routine!?

    Did you move anywhere near Corning, NY? One of my best friends lives there. I think I will visit her this summer and then pop by your place and stay for a few weeks. I kid. But what an amazing new home! Congrats!!
